The crust can be the main target for pizza innovation as it lays the foundation upon which all great pizzas are built. Besides helping dictate taste, texture, thickness, and topping selection on your pizza, it is a great way to generate interest and buzz around new menu items. Here is a list of our crust pizza menus.
The thin pizza crust is crispy and delicate and is commonly thought of as the original type of crust. In addition to the standard pizza dough components like flour, water, yeast, and salt, oil and sugar are added to help brown the crust.
The thin crust pizza is used as the base for classic pizzas like our delicious Margarita pizza which features fresh tomatoes, kalamata olives, oregano, and sliced mozzarella. This is the perfect crust for those who want an authentic Italian pizza.
The thicker the crust, the more toppings you can have. Thick crusts provide a secure base for adding more toppings especially on pizzas that tend to take on a lot more ingredients like our Six Meats and Super Supreme pizzas. This thick crust can range from the buttery crust of the deep-dish pizza to the crispy Sicilian styles.
This pizza’s deep ledge allows for a generous portion of toppings to be added on top. The pizza bases are baked in an oiled deep-dish pan to create a crispy, sometimes buttery, fried effect on the outside of the crust. Generally, the toppings for this pizza are ground beef, sausage, pepperoni, onion, mushrooms, and green peppers, placed on top of the the tomato sauce. Order our Hawaiian or Spicy Prawns and Chorizo pizza with a deep-dish crust and enjoy pizza in a whole new dimension!
A vegan pizza crust has no animal products and is made with the same traditional pizza dough ingredients. Vegan crusts make greater use out of flavoured oils and herbs to flavour the crust. These types of crust are suitable for our Vegans Paradise and Vegelicious pizzas.
This thick, bready dough is infused with herbs and brushed with olive oil before baking. It is then covered with cheeses, herbs, and spices. It is an extremely thin pizza shaped with a rolling pin such that gas bubbles are forced out, causing the pizza to stay flat. This style is lighter and ideal for appetizers and personal-sized pizzas, especially for health-conscious customers.
Gluten-free pizza dough’s are comprised of standard ingredients like water and yeast that are bound with gluten-free flour. Flours for gluten-free pizza dough can be made from soy, rice, garbanzo beans, and multiple combinations between them.
