- Ensuring both shop and delivery orders being delivered on time
- Managing staff with labour control percentages and rostering
- Stock ordering and level control
- Meeting daily and weekly targets
- Oven management and docket control
- Must be experienced within the pizza/hospitality industry
- Following open and closing procedures
- Cash handling
- Full time position- Including weekends and evenings
